This week we had a great time at the opening night of local restaurant Kushi-ya. You can find them in the old space of the Alley Cafe, just off Nottingham's Market square. The space is unrecognisable and the food, delicious. They specialise in kushiyaki (skewered and grilled food) which they cook on a Japanese style BBQ also known as a yakitori grill.
We teamed up with the guys to design their Uniform made by Universal Works.
Congratulations to the Kushi-ya team, we wish you great success and we can't wait to visit again.
